Chest weird feeling

My ecg echo tmt xray were normal six months ago .I have chest tightness little bit and sometimes left chest pain upper and lower and back pain also .i went to general physician he treated it as acidity Problem . sometimes I got relief sometimes problem is also there .one doctor said it's anxiety .so I kept myself bzy in my study but problem is still there .no pain while running . there is a weird feeling in chest . sometimes I get bother for it .pls tell me what should I do .no bp problem no sugar problem .my age is 27
