I am 2 months pregnant. Can I take a chest x-ray as I was having cold and cough for a week and now I feel there is chest congestion, excess mucus, vomiting some times

No. x ray cannot be done at so early weeks but if absolutely needed then you can try with abdominal shield. Talk to your radiologist and obstetrician
