Try applying lavangadi oil on the affected teeth and gums surrounding it, only a tinge of it. For further evaluation and treatment connect on Practo for consultation.

Boil 1 cup of water with 1/4 tsp of turmeric and add 1tsp salt to it. When it is warm do gargling 3 times daily. Turmeric will prevent the infection and salt will reduce the pain. It's only the temporary solution. You will have to  do RCT and refilling for long term solution.
