He has been on and off with tobacco and now it has been more than two years that he is regularly chewing tobacco. Makes high pitch sounds when burps. Drinks a lot of tea. At times he is not in control of himself, does actions which are totally involuntary. Does not eat food properly. Keeps quite. Talks less. What to do? Suggest doctors or answers.
