Chicken pox symptoms
I had fever two days ago and still have cold. Today I came to know my colleague has chicken pox. I never had it before , also I never had any vaccine for it. Can I take vaccination now and reduce the affects of it if I've already acquired the virus?

Yes you should take vaccine within 3-5 days of exposure to reduce severity of infection, you need 2 doses of vaccine at least 28 days apart.
