Hello I'm a Pediatric dentist (Lucknow)
Food getting stuck into the teeth can be due to decay/cavity in the teeth or gaps between the teeth.
Normally, in milk dentition physiological spacing is present, so probable cause of food lodgement is cavity in the tooth.
The required treatment procedure will depend upon the extent of the decay.
