Child Gas Semiliquid Stool

Asked for Male, 35 Years

My son 7 years, suffereing from gas and semi liquid stool. From Today moring three times semi liquid stool with gas. I have given Gelusil MPS 5 ml at morning. I have given ORS twice. I have neopentin. What should I do?
