No need to worry for that
Keep a watch on urine output
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day
Don't give so much importance to motion unless blood in motion or white colour motion
Breast feed as per baby's demand
Motion 15 -16 times per day or once in 7 days both condition normal
No need of any medication for such a small baby
