My son usually gets fever of temp 101 and it stays for 3 days.doctors always prescribe levolin and budate nebulization.so can we confirm that it is astma or nuemonia.

Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult.  If baby is improving without antibiotics  it's not likely to be pneumonia. May be wheeze associated   Lower respiratory infection.
