Child is 2.5years. Fever or not..
His forehead is always hot. Kept on giving p 250 every 4hours and as the temperature is always 100 and didn't subside, started with Taxim o.. Antibiotics. E doses are done and still the heat on forehead remains same. The weather is also very hot here. Pl suggest.

Kindly consult with a pediatrician to see whether a blood test is required. Otherwise even with viral fevers the fever may continue for 3-4 days despite giving antibiotic
