madam upto 12 yrs we cant judge the teeth arrangement , we can give treatment if its due to abnormal bone growth during the age of 5 to 10. below 5 years you have watch if she is having any habits like thumb sucking or tongue thrusting like that, if its like that means you have stop those habits its more than enough to prevent permanent teeth to grow irregularly. upto 4 years thumb sucking is acceptable more than that its not acceptable . no need to worry . thank you.

This is not needed at this age. Ideal time is when all your permanent teeth have come. Till that time lots of changes will be apparent, so don’t get panicked.

At this age she still has deciduous dentition which will eventually be replaced by permanent teeth few years down the line. She does not need orthodontic treatment (clips)  at this age. Get her evaluated by a pedodontist who is specialist for children.
