Hello there we.understand your enthusiasm for your health. But you need to understand that worsening of cough is there for years after having chocolate but there is no exact mechanism how it worsens. But it is actually observed in people who have chocolate with cough have worsened.so it would be better if you do not consume chocolate when have cold and cough.
