Chocolate Cysts.
My sister has been having irregular menstrual bleeding and has complained of severe pain. This time she bled for 15 days continuously Went for USG. USG shows 3 chocolate cysts and Doctor has suggested laparoscopy. Attached the reports. Is laparoscopy needed? Can she conceive in the future?

Please post ur usg report. Multiple chocolate cyst with irregular bleeding vl require surgery.. better to go for laparoscopic surgery. And r the cysts present on both the sides??

For proper assessment of abdomen it is good to do laparoscopy.conceiving depends on multiple factors n chocolate cyst per se shud not b a problem.

laproscopy better..some cases may present with infertility..go for laproscopy ..if any problem of infertility in future ..can be investigated and can be treated accordingly

Laparoscopic surgery is better, Better to post the ultrasound results,as small one can be managed by medicine
