Sir I am 36 weeks pregnant and a choledochal cyst is suspected in my fetus. I want to know the implications of the same and how it can be treated? Do all choledochal cyst require surgery?

As you are 36 weeks pregnant than only concern that after delivery please do sonography of baby and preferably consult a pediatric surgeon. At present don't worry about it. Undergo delivery first.
