Cholesteatoma in Left Ear
I am having Cholesteatoma since 2012. At the inception things were bad with ear secretions and pain but those were effectively handled by medicines. Since then it's been 4 years no pain, no discharge but the ear rings at times and there is a slight dizziness now & then , what should be my course of action. Please help.

If middle ear infection ,labrnthytis are causes of dizziness ,even hypoglycemia, DEHYDRATION, hypotension can also cause dizziness .So etiology has to be identified to decide the next course of action.Consult physician.
