Chronic acne
I'm 29(M) now and I have had acne since I was 16-17. Although it is not severe acne but whatsoever I have, shakes my confidence. I always have low self esteem because of it. I have been using clindoxyl gel and retino-a last 5-6 years. These two products are really effective. But what they do is they will help clear your acne and not prevent them. I want to know if there is any treatment to get rid of acne completely and prevent the acne even before it appears.

Hello dear. In your case, acne can be prevented by avoiding foods with high glycemic index such as deep fried, sugary items. Avoid dairy products. Cut down on WHEY protein if you are consuming it. These foods trigger sebum production further aggravating your acne
