I've been having Chronic Constipation for the last 4 days. I've also had Anal Fissures for the last 10 months. Stools are extremely hard and I can't have a bowel movement because of that.
I tried taking Cremaffin for two days but it did not work. I already have a high fiber diet and I drink plenty of water. I've avoided junk food since a year. But I'm still in a very bad condition. Please help.

As you have anal fissures since 10 months. Chances of healing by conservative treatment is low. It may require some intervention in form of surgery. It has good success rates.
Please consult a colorectal surgeon for the same.
