Chronic diarrhoea
I am 30 years old male, I am having chronic diarrhoea 6 weeks long, sometimes blackish, rarely bright reddish tinge with mucous. Smoker, was diagnosed with GERD 2-3 years back. Fatigue and cramps in abdomen and feeling of unepmty bowels even after using restroom. What could this be. Please advice next steps to diagnose cause. Tried metrogyl and norflaxin alternatively 3 day course. Happens exactly after we have water change with tds 300-325 earlier used to drink 100 tds.

Water source may be the reason. Use RO, or other good water source. Higher Antibiotics may be used.
