I was diagnosed by a homeopath with CFS. I have felt drained of energy since years now. Which specialist should I go to?

You should consult with Neurologist in a best way followed by some sessions of Physiotherapy, Accupressure and Ayurveda in a mix way. Definitely you will get better after 2 Months for sure. But later you have to maintain brisk walk and breathing exercises in a discipline way.
Next Steps
Then after 3-6 Months or so start with swimming accorgly with climate

Consult a physician or endocrinologist.To rule out possibility of anaemia or thyroid problem CBC and thyroid profile test is needed .
