Hello mate, Its very simple, The application should be done carefully at the affected area, you may use a ear bud or cotton roll to apply it. After application of the gum paint, wait for 2-3 mins, try not to swallow it, spit it out after 2-3 mins, dont rinse your mouth with water or consume any food items for next 15 mins, After that you can do whatever you want to do man. take care.
