I have been having chronic hip pain on my left side daily around 2 months now. The pain level sits at a constant 7 and reaches a 10 when I try to sit/stand, get in/out of my car or when I raise my left or right leg also when bending. I have had a blood test and X-ray said I had suspicious sacroiliac in left and further results would require an mri however once I got back to doctor, she just said it was sciatica and no point of an mri as nothing un usual showed in my bloods

May be you are having avascular necrosis of femoral head.
You should get an MRI done and that should resolve the issue.
If picked up earlier you can be successfully treated with ESWT.
We have a large series of patients like you treated with ESWT.
Please see my website www.eswtindia.com
It is non invaaive and non operative treatment and has no side effects.
