Chronic kidney decease
My mother aged 86 had creatine 2.8 & urea 78. She is diabetic & hypertension patient. Her urine C&s has KLABSIELLA negative bacteria & sensitive to ertipenem. As is she is old & bed ridden unable to withstand dialysis strain. What is the alternative remedy.

Is she already on dialysis? For creatinine of 2.8 dialysis may not be required. She needs antibiotic as per culture report
