Chronic lower back pain
Hello! I am a 26 years old woman and i' ve been experiencing chronic lower back pain for about two months now. it only hurts when I bend over and i can barely wash my face in the morning. i dont do much physical activity. it gets better when I walk long distances. I also do EMS training once a week. Sometimes the pain radiates to my tailbone. It is worse in the morning or on sundays because i stay in bed longer than I normally do. my back feels tired and like it needs to be stretched.

• Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
