Chronic Nasal Congestion
For years I'm having breathing issues, i.e my nose gets blocked sevearly at night, feeling as if had jell has cloged in or skin has bulged inside . Medication prescribed by ENT (i.e. Solution to clean nose, Tablets, Temporary Spray) fixes it temporarily, but once I'm out of condition worsens again. Even tried to avoid cold items including curd for 2 months now.
Please help.

Hi. I understand your concern s. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation. Consult a pulmonologist/qualified allergist for the same at the earliest
