Chronic Nose block
What Cause nose block from 1 month
It get block either 1 side...Left Or Right
No cough,cold,wheez,pain,..
I rarly have cough
It block one side specially When Laying...down
And Keep shifting as per position...
Moment i get up It start to unblock...
When standing It unblock...1 nose 100% 2nd nose 60%...
Please Help...what this Could be..
I did CBC test 20 days ago
Attached...
On an average
1 nose stay 100% unblock..
2 nose 50% unblock..

It could be allergic or vasomotor or both. Though this much history is not enough to diagnose the condition.
You may require other investigations also.
Till then you can take:
Tab. Rupanex-M 1 HS
Otrivin nasal drops 3 drops TDS (Do not use this more than 5 days)
Steam inhalation TDS
