Chronic orchialgia
I m having continous testicles pain since last 3 months,my mri and usg reports are normal. According to urology dr it is chronic orchialgia, I had taken antibiotics but no relief.now dr is saying that the remedy is .....radi frequency of genital branch of genitofemoral and cindy epidence block...is it dangerous? Will I be cured?

Chronic pelvic syndrome, chronic orchalgia are complex diseases. We first need to confirm the diagnosis, if sexual symptoms r there or not, urological symptoms etc I dont know if u have used pregabalin...
