I went for MRI scan also in September(18-09-2017) and got diagnosed with tennis elbow . I cant keep my left hand in same position for 2 minutes or more.Whenever i straighten my hand it makes a cricking sound. please suggest.

Tennis elbow is inflammation/ swelling of the tendon that originates from the outer part of your elbow which must have happened due to the injury you had when you fell off the bike.
Next Steps
You need to do icing over the painful area atleast 3 times a day 15 mins. Taping will help for which you will need to visit your local physiotherapist. Slowy as the tendon heals you will need to start strengthening exercises so that it doesn't keep reoccurring. Thank you
