Chronic wrist pain
Hello, I had a wrist injury while playing cricket about 7-8 years ago. Pain used to come and go but it started again from a month and I could see a swelling near the joint. Can physiotherapy help this condition?

Wrist injuries commonly leads to damage to crucial ligaments to the wrist. Most common ligament to be injured is TFCC. Please get an MRI and XRays done of your wrist for further management. Physiotherapy can be helpful if we have a proper diagnosis at hand.
