Circumcision and Intercourse

Does circumcision affect the desire to have intercourse with my wife? Or does it act as a catalyst in this process? I had difficulty in properly having intercourse earlier on, in our married life. Does circumcision solve this problem? How much does it cost for the same?

Circumcision is prescribed when FORESKIN of penis is very tight and not sliding up & down. When the movements of foreskin causes pain or cuts with bleed....sex becomes difficult. Then circumcision is indicated and help in giving more pleasure in sex after surgery.
