Citrobacter koseri
I am 31weeks test, I was asked to do a urine mcs due to lower abdominal pain I was feeling. Test results says pushing and epithelial cells 2-3. Microorganism citrobacter koseri found >100,000cfu. What does this mean?

Get culture and sensitivity test done to  the sensitive drug, this bacteria lives normally in human intestine but can cause urinary tract infection . An course of sensitive antibiotic for 5-7 days may be required. Further review with urine examination after course is completed
