I've been facing skin allergy issue since 4-5 years and got to know that it's Chronic Urticaria. Was following antihistamine Atarax 10mg and now following HHLEVO-M as suggested by dermatologist a year ago. I take this tablet once in 2 days but have to keep on taking it. Tried analysing food behaviour but couldn't find anything in specific as allergent. Problem includes Reddy patches, itchy sensation and mild swelling. Please advise how to get rid of this as I'm not sure if it's safe to continue having antistamines for years.(Attaching images for reference) Also please let me know if this issue is dangerous or common
