Clarify my doubts
Hello doctors, I attached my reports here my periods is very regular b/w 30days & my lmp is Dec 26 after that I don't had my periods sum times had brown muscus discharge I consult doctor on March 10th they told I'm not pregnant they prescribed me to take meprate for 3days,& I take blood test on 12/03((t3-3.28pg/ml,t4-1.11ng/dl,prolactin-18.78ng/ml,tsh-2.56miu/ml,vitamin d3-3.17ng/ml it's deficiency) And my ultrasound says in the below image find it plz, impression:bilateral polycystic ovaries, So my doctor prescribed me. To the below tablets in the picture for my calcium deficiency & pco My queries is : I take meprate for edays of (13 to 15th of March) and I had a spotting on sterday as(20/03 on nit around 8.30pm) after that today mrng till now I don't had my periods what's is the reason me and my husband had intercourse on (16/03) Wjat is the reason for spotting is it possible to am i pregnant. Please find my reports below I need a reply as soon as possible, Help me doctors

Why r u on thyroid medication? I need lot of info from your history ma....need your weight also...was a hcg test done?..also how can 3 days of meprate help??!! I can explain to u lot of things from the given info itself....
