Clarity Of Thought
Dear consultant I am a healthy person with responsibility of my old parents and grown up children. I generally avoid decision making times and feel good to divert myself from stress. In the inner thoughts I know that delaying the decisions regarding important aspects will not do any betterment but it will lead to adding burden and stress later on. I long for stability and affluent lifestyle.   I have handled the family business for last 20 years but now it is not doing good. The income from this is negligible. Family suggests me to do any salaried job which I keep on looking for but has not succeeded yet. Everyday starts as a new hope of getting some good opportunity for goal setting and some concrete solution. Family's suggestions do not appeal me and my own thoughts are very unclear and do not lead to any satisfactory mechanism. Please analyse and suggest some remedies so that I keep myself in tune with family aspirations and suggestions. No other medical and general problems.

Being hopeful is a positive sign. Look into what u want to do rather than what others are saying for a career as u can do the best for what u intend to do.Take into consideration the latest technological updates regarding what u intend to do as we are in rapidly changing times if required update urself by studying urself or enrollement. U are a young person with lot many working years ahead.Best wishes

Hi Basically your will power needs to be improved in order to make you more focused, active and stable (mentally) as earlier or more than that. Ayurveda and yoga has the best possible remedy for this. Also they are simple and safe.
Next Steps
start with pranayama everyday.
