Classical Hodgkin's Lymphoma
Hello Doctor, I was diagnosed with stage 2A Classical Hodgkin's Lymphoma ( mixed cellularity type) in 2018 , I had 12 treatments of ABVD chemotherapy and 15 fractions of Proton IGRT radiotherapy ... In July 2019 I had my last treatment... Yesterday I found a small lymph node near my thyroid.. My both thyroid glands are swollen ... Is my cancer got relapsed?

PET CT scan is needed. There is good chance it’s not a malignancy relapse. Post PET CT, we can decide on need for biopsy

A PET CT scan can indicate whether there is relapse or not. If there is metabolically active lymph nodes, a biopsy will confirm the diagnosis.
Next Steps
Whole body PET CT scan, follow up with treating oncologist.
