Can I clean my 17 day old infant with just lukewarm water ?? Is there any need of lotion aftr sponging him?? As I don't want to use unnecessary lotions

Yes you can ise lukewarm water...
Use coconul oil after bath to avoid sin dryness...and also you can do baby massage with it...
