I've been noticing a lot of clear watery fluid draining from my nose, mostly if I'm bending over or my head is tilted downward. I do suffer from chronic back pain, and headaches quite frequently. I've noticed with the sudden draining I'll get quite light headed and get nauseous.

As per your description it looks like CSF rhinorrhea.. need to be confirmed by nasal endoscopy, imaging and biochemical test of the fluid.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
