Clindamycin + Avene's triacneal
I have painful cystic acne all over my forehead and chin and jaw area. Is it alright to apply clindamycin phospate gel and then put avene's triacneal expert emulsion at night? Thanks

Not sufficient.. Specific medicine required..Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  consult me in my clinic or consult me by direct online consultation by sending photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment

you will need oral treatment too. just topical treatment might not suffice. will need some baseline tests too before starting treatment. also with your severe acne will need info on your mensus regularity, obesity, other hormonal issues? Please get the problem checked thoroughly by visiting a qualified dermatologist. Hope this is helpful.
