Take complete 7 days because infection might reoccur with irregular insertion
Avoid vaginal pessary when having periods

U should take continuously for 7 days even if u feel the discharge has gone been before 7 days.
Maintain hygiene
Plenty of fluids throughout the day
Avoid tight clothing jeans
Use cotton panty
Wear loose garments
Use only running water only to clean vaginal area
