Cloves and elachi
Can we eat cloves and elachi directly or is there any side effects. as i sffer from acidity i eat clove and i get relief,but my friend told that daily we should not cloves.but daily after meals i eat 1or2 cloves and elachi.is it harmful. pls sujjest

Excees of anything is always harmful. dont eat cloves and elaichi on daily basis

Eating Elachi , is fine but cloves on daily basis triggers gastric symptoms .
Next Steps
Have regular intervals of 4 hrs between each meal.Drink plenty of water and have citrus based fruits .Vit c assists Digestion.Buttermilk helps reduce gastric symptoms.
Health Tips
Having dinner before 8 pm is always best.
