My fingers and nails are clubbed ..I noticed approx 5-6 year back..how can I diagnose it whether it is associated with any decease are it is normal..which test i need to perform to know complete reason of clubbing

Clubbing is usually caused by decreased oxygen supply to the body.
It requires clinical.expertise to diagnose it accurately, because it could be easily confused with nail structure.
Many reasons can cause clubbing ranging from lung cancer to long term oxygen deprivation
