My child is 4 year old.He has interaction problem.Two way interaction is missing..We have done all tests ,no problem is detected..but he is mild autistic.We have also gone for his genetic test chromosonal microarray test.Today got the result.It says male karotype with no copy number change(cnc).However sample show copy neutral loss of hetereozygosity (cnLOH)on chromosome 5....please explain wat it means really worried

It's a hidden chromosomal defect which is shown by singe nucleotide polymorphism arrays. Recent studies have shown them to be linked with blood cancers. But none show them to be linked to autism!!!
