Gradient across descending aorta-70 mm HG.
3cm segment of diffuse narrowing of the descending thoracic aorta approximately 1.6cm distal to origin of left subclavian artery. Diameter of the stenotic segment at its narrowest part measures 0.7cm. prestenotic and poststenotic dilated segments measure 1.7 cm and 2.1 cm respectively There is a mild hypodense wall circumferential wall thickening

Depends on age of patient . Less than one year : surgery. 1 to 10 years : to be decided case by case basis. More than ten years: stent . Consult a good cardiologist in person
