I m suffering from cold , cough, throat pain for 4 days. I took some medicine. I need to cure 100%. Suggest me some medicine

Cold and cough are very common symptoms. Empiric therapy for these is levocetrizine 5 mg 1 tab once a day for 5 days. Start yourself with salt water gargles atleast thrice a day. If there is accompanyomg high grade fever, breathlessness kindly report to the health facility. Antibiotics are not to be started presumptively. Kindly revert with progress
