My daughter has cold and cough since 3 days. Can I give her sinarest. If yes what quantity and no of dose ??

Hello she is just 2 yrs so apply Vicks over her Chest and Nose and back . Give her warm fluids . Give 2.5 mg Cetrizine syp only
