Cold and cough
My kid is having cough since yesterday, we are giving him ambrodil-s, 3 times a day. He is 3 years and 9 months old.
He is not having anything if he had then he vomit.

If mild,avoid unnecessary medicine and just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
If he's asthmatic or you hear whistling sounds in his breathing by placing your ear against his chest or back,start nebulizer therapy too.
If not sure about it,consult your paediatrician for physical examination and treatment.
