Cold and cough since 5 days
Been suffering from severe cold and cough since a week. Also have very runny and loose motions. This is causing a lot of weakness and loss of appetite. Please recommend some OTC medicine or home remedies.

Take tab Azithral 250 mg twice daily and montek lc once at night and cap bifilac twice daily. All the above to be taken for 3 days.
