Cold and fever for 7 and half month baby
Hi doctor,
My 7 and half month baby has cold from yesterday night, temperature is now 99.2,i have given alcon drops to baby mrng which was prescribed last time in hospital. Shall I continue the drops for his cold and can I give paracetamol syrup for his fever nw. Pls advice.

Yes you can give.
But if is just a sneezing or nasal blockage then no need any medicine. You can use saline nasal drops
Give paracetamol as per dose if temperature is more than 100.4F
