I am having fever and body pain from yesterday night. I ate 1 paracetamol tablet. But still body temp. Is not going down and feeling so tired also. What medication should i take??

Paracetamol is a safe medicine for fever. This can be a viral fever or something more serious. Take paracetamol whenever your temperature is above 100C . You can take it 4 times a day depending on your required. Detailed investigation will be required if fever doesn't subside in 3 days and to know the cause of fever.
