Cold and fever
My son is having cold(runny nose) and fever 100F on forehead thermometer. He is 10 months old. Which medicine I need to use.

Dear parents,       Give syrup Wikoryl one teaspoon ful thrice a day for 5days & Syp Azithromycin 100mg one teaspoon full for 3days.

If mild,just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
