Child of 3 yrs boy moderate height and weight. since yesterday suffering from cold and loose motions. 3 times yesterday. appetite is less. some vomiting sensation. nose watery. no flum.we are outside on piligramage . advise

Give him ors, sporalac sachets twice daily and any cold medication available with u ,, maintain hydration
